How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

When will my order ship?

All orders received before 12 pm EST will be processed the same day; any orders placed after 12 pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12 pm EST will ship the following Monday.

How do I track my order?

If you have an account with us, log in to your account. Go to “Orders” and click “View” enter your Order ID and Billing email, Then click “Track Your Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link.

If you don’t have an account with us or have not received an order confirmation email please contact [email protected] with your order number, billing last name, and email address or zip code.

How do I cancel or change my order?

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. We’re happy to assist you with returning an order once you receive it.

What is your return and exchange policy?

How are shipping costs calculated?

For You, Shipping is Included. But for Custom Orders :
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight/volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. For more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please contact us directly.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.

Damaged Items

We’re so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to [email protected], be sure to include your order number. We will contact you with next steps.

Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for a return, exchange or merchandise credit. This applies to all purchases made on rebeccaminkoff.com or uriminkoff.com.

Our business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. All orders received before 12pm EST will be processed same day; any orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during sale promotions and on or around holidays.

We try to send out your order confirmation email within moments of you placing an order. But things happen—if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam as it may have been flagged. And if you are still unable to locate your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team to retrieve the order information.

Tracking My Return & Refunds

To track the status of your return, refer to your confirmation email from BestPriceSMartPhone.com.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 – 10 business days for your refund to process. Refunds are administered to the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.

When your return and refund are fully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from BestPriceSMartPhone.com Customer Care.
